I was born in Esztergom, but I have been living in Tát with my family for some time.
I have been working with wood burning and charcoal-grilled food for a long time, it was actually my love for gastronomy that leaded me on this path.
I prepare dishes such as crispy knuckles baked in the oven, whole piglet, steak, as well as authentic barbecue dishes.
As I delved more and more into the world of gastronomy, I started baking for others as a result of the feedback.
In fact, I am so interested in that area that I am still studying and attending further trainings.
In 2022, I started my own food truck, founding PG’s BBQ & Grill Garden.
In addition, I also offer and carry on baking at events and weddings.
It gave me with great joy and pride that in 2022 I won a silver medal at the Hungarian representation of the SCA – Steak Cookoff Association, i.e. the World Steak Championship.
I have a positive attitude towards the Esztergom Market.
In addition to the BBQ dishes, I will also serve my guests with a delicious scone.
