I can say that I was born into the world of vegetables and pickles.
My grandparents were already involved in production and pickling in Vecsés, and my mother started doing it in 1973.
As a result, I also started career in this area, but I don’t regret it because I like doing it.
We used to grow vegetables in the fields, but now we have developed so much that we are only minimally involved in production – mostly with the spices and plants needed for pickling – and rather concentrate on pickling, so that we can provide our customers with the best quality goods.
We have been presented at the Esztergom market since 2007, so many local residents already know us, so we do not even need to introduce our products to them.
We prepare more than 50 types of pickles for the new Esztergom Market, but we also make tomato juice and fruit jams.
In recent years, I have also experienced the opening of two new modern markets by moving, and I can say that I am positive about it, since there were only a few shops at the previous temporary market in Esztergom, so many people no longer visited them.
My view is that if there is supply, there is demand!
